What data may be collected
The website itself is a static site and does not intentionally collect analytics or advertising data. If the enquiry form is activated through Formspree, the following data may be processed when a visitor submits an enquiry:
- Name
- Email address
- Organisation name, if provided
- Selected topic and free-text enquiry details
Purpose of processing
Enquiry data would be processed solely to review, respond to, and, where appropriate, follow up on a requested advisory conversation or business enquiry.
If the secure form endpoint is not activated, the site is designed to prevent form transmission and instead direct the visitor to contact by email.
Legal basis
Where an enquiry is submitted, the intended legal bases are the visitor's consent in making contact and the legitimate interest in reviewing and responding to a relevant business enquiry.
Recipients and processors
Once activated, form submissions may be transmitted through Formspree as the technical form processor. Additional hosting or email-processing vendors may also receive data only to the extent required to deliver and respond to an enquiry.
Processor details should be revisited before the final public launch to reflect the exact live stack in use at that time.
Retention
Enquiry data should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to the enquiry, maintain related correspondence, or meet applicable legal obligations.

Depending on the applicable law, visitors may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
